Enables the advanced mode vty interface.

dhcp

Enables the DHCP Server.

diag [enable|limit|

period<100-30000>]

Enables diagnostic service.

• enable – Enables service diagnostics.

• limit – Diagnostic limit command.

• buffer [128|128k|16k|1k|256|2k|32|32k|4k|512|64|64k|8k] –

Buffer usage warning limit set in bytes.

• fan <1-3> – Sets the fans speed limit for the selected fan number.

• filesys [etc2|flash|var] – File system freespace limit.

• inodes [etc2|flash|var] –Sets file system inode limit.

• load [01|05|15]– Sets agregate processor load during the previous

minutes set using the option provided.

• maxFDs <0-32767> – Sets maximum number of file descriptors.

• pkbuffers <0-65535> – Sets packet buffer head cache.

• procRAM < 0.0-100.0> – Sets RAM space to be used by the process.

• ram <0.0-25.0> – Sets free RAM space.

• routecache <0-65535> – Sets IP route cache usage.

• temperature <1-68> – Sets temperature limit.

• period <100-30000>– Sets diagnostics period in milliseconds. Default value is

set to 1000 milliseconds.

password-encryption (secret)

Encrypts passwords.

• secret – Encrypts passwords in secret phase.

(sys-restart)

Process Monitor.

• sys-restart – Enables PM to restart the system when a processes fails.

NOTE: The process restart is one count less than what is configured.

radius [(restart|test)]

Enables the RADIUS server.

• restart – Restarts the radius server with updated configuration.

• test <A.B.C.D> <WORD>– Tests the radius server with user parameters.

• <A.B.C.D> – radius server IP address.

• WORD – radius server hostname.

Sets service parameters.

• command-history – Sets the size of the command history (default: 200).

• reboot-history – Sets the size of the reboot history (default: 50).

• upgrade-history – Sets the size of the upgrade history (default: 50).

show cli

Shows the CLI tree of the current mode.

terminal-length

<0-512>

System wide terminal length configuration. Select a value between 0 - 512. This sets

the number of lines of VTY (0 means no line control).

watchdog

Enables the watchdog feature.
